Chirona, they/them, is a queer Jewish mindfulness practitioner, spiritualist, and adventurer. They have a background in engineering and spent 11 years working in tech at Intel. The last 4.5 years of their career in tech were dedicated to global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work, and this work sent them deep into unpacking their own privilege and bias as a white person who was raised in an Upper Class family (see RG Class Distinctions & Income Brackets) They are certified in the integral coaching methodology through New Ventures West and are dedicated to a lifetime of continuous learning, unlearning, mistakes, growth, and collaborative work towards collective liberation. Chirona believes individual and collective healing is a necessary and key piece of building a more equitable and just world in which all human beings are able to not just survive, but thrive.
